A combination of standing pilates, yoga and dance merge for an empowering fun experience for women of all ages and fitness levels. It’s functional fitness and helps you feel beautiful and strong, so you can walk and move your body with more ease, grace and power, everyday.. The movements are non-impact, yet maintain a strong-aligned foundation for a focus on posture, which looks great and adds confidence.

Even though you are a modern woman, you are also timeless. When you play with the ancient postures, and sacred dance, it can become a conscious experience of self-expression and fun fitness. For real. It’s effective strength training that looks and feels wonderful.

The Restorative Sessions  Series are designed to:

  • Help counter depression and lethargy
  • Become a Stronger, More toned ,more relaxed and flexible luminous woman
  • Shake off the stress of everyday life
  • Get a workout that’ll make you feel good all week.

But This is much more than just a Workout When you give yourself the gift of rest, when you allow the energy of a meditation healing session into your busy life, you nourish and balance your energy system , improve body awareness ,and improve your health.  Releasing the past, Creating time for contemplation, meditation and expansion generates new ideas and then makes space for more blessings of every kind to come in to your life.

 

We’ll make time for all of that. Low impact workout that’s beautiful and easy to do. Add your resistance for a powerful experience and feel great. Followed by a relaxing meditation to reset your energy system for love and peace. (colorful coined scarves provided, no dance experience necessary.)


Yoga Basics for Back Health

Ease into a Yoga practice with core stabilizing exercises that help to strengthen your back. We’ll focus on posture, core strength, flexibility, balance and greater body awareness. This easy practice is perfect for those who want to be pro-active and enjoy the benefits of good back health for a lifetime. Bring your personal mat!
