Signs It Might Be Time for a Mid-Year Reset
We’re more than halfway through the year.
This is a natural moment to pause and check in with yourself but not from a place of judgment, a place of honesty and care.
Here are some common signs that a mid-year reset could be really supportive right now:

When your days feel heavy and your nervous system is constantly activated, it’s often a sign that your current pace or commitments are no longer sustainable.
